At Villa Archange, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant by chef Bruno Oger, I led MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) project management for high-profile events.

From private functions to international congresses, I managed a budget of approximately €350,000 annually and coordinated events for prestigious clients such as the Festival de Cannes, Relais & Châteaux, royal families, and other VIPs. My role encompassed the entire event lifecycle—from catering and décor to entertainment and logistics.

Crafting unforgettable, tailored experiences

I was responsible for managing every aspect of the event planning process. This included:

  • Catering: Customized menus from the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Villa Archange.
  • Décor: Sourcing floral arrangements, coordinating room setups, and overseeing menu printing and kakemono design.
  • Entertainment & Activities: Organizing live jazz performances and setting up exclusive museum visits. My attention to detail ensured each event was uniquely tailored to client needs and preferences, creating unforgettable experiences.
Operational Excellence

Ensuring seamless communication and execution

To guarantee flawless event execution, I created comprehensive operational documents for the restaurant’s kitchen, pastry, and service teams. These documents contained vital information such as menus, dietary specifics, seating arrangements, and décor requirements, allowing each team to deliver a seamless and well-organized service.

Improving client experience with storytelling

Clients in the luxury food industry expect more than just a meal—they seek an experience that engages all senses. To vehiculate Bruno Oger's story, I developed the concept “From Brittany to the Mediterranean,” which embodied the restaurant’s culinary journey.

Taste and visuals are key. So I created personalized gift bags  containing the restaurant’s signature honey madeleine and business cards. Additionally, I designed visually appealing business proposals templates that allowed us to quickly respond to client requests in an elegant, professional format.

Lucie co-managed key accounts and an annual portfolio worth €350,000. She was fully responsible for coordinating MICE projects, from receiving the initial request to organizing the event, including high-profile events like the Cannes Festival dinner, weddings with 200 guests, and Relais & Châteaux soirées. Her work helped build loyalty among an international luxury clientele, increased revenue, and consistently met the high expectations of our most demanding clients.
