To maximize email engagement, I implemented a targeted A/B testing approach on subject lines, experimenting with questions versus bold statements, personalization (recipient names), and styling (capitalization and punctuation). This data-driven strategy achieved a +23% increase in open rates and a 1.5% boost in CTR, successfully engaging over 3,000 clients and driving consistent improvements in email metrics.
